Your wireless device uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology and is not compatible with Windows 7 computers that do not support Bluetooth Low Energy.
If you are not sure if your computer supports Bluetooth Smart technology, please contact the computer manufacturer. You can always use your device with the Logi Bolt receiver that comes with it.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience.
