To make sure that your BRIO/BRIO 4K is the default video calling device, check these settings:
- Under Sound properties, BRIO/BRIO 4K should be selected as the default Playback and Recording device:
- In Windows, open Control Panel and select Sound.
- On the Playback tab, select BRIO/BRIO 4K and then click Set Default.
- On the Recording tab, select BRIO/BRIO 4K and then click Set Default.
- In your video/audio calling application, check settings or preferences. BRIO/BRIO 4K should be selected as the camera.
