- Make sure you’re using the correct metal adapter — see Use the Logi ZeroTouch mount metal adapters.
- If you’ve placed your adapter beneath a thick case, it may be too far away from the mount to securely hold your phone. Try using the pill-shaped adapter directly on the back of your case.
- Check to make sure your phone is making good contact with the mount and that the metal adapter is aligned with the mount. Some dashboards or air vent shapes can prevent the phone from fully contacting the mount. Try different placements for the mount and the phone.
