If you're having trouble with audio distortion or drop-out on your Logitech UE 9000, try these suggestions:
Move the audio source closer — it might be out of the range of your wireless headphones.
Move away from other sources of wireless signal — you could be experiencing interference.
Make sure your headphones have enough battery power (connect them to a power source with the supplied adapter).
Adjust the volume on both the audio source and your headphones.
Restart both your wireless headphones and the audio source.
Re-pair your device with your headphones (see answer 360023248654 for help).
NOTE: If you're streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your wireless headphones.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
