Choose your email client:

• AOL Webmail
• Hotmail
• Google Mail (Gmail)
• Thunderbird
• Windows Live Mail
• Yahoo! Mail (Old)
• Yahoo! Mail (New)

AOL Webmail:

Make sure you choose to receive mail from all senders.

1. Click Settings at the top of the page.

2. Select Spam Controls.

3. Under ‘Additional Spam Filters’, click the ‘Control From Whom I Get Email’ button.

4. A new window appears. Choose the first option listed ‘Allow mail from all senders’.

5. Click Save.

Hotmail:

Add your senders to your Safe List:

1. Click Options on the right side.

2. Choose Mail.

3. Click ‘Junk Email Protection’.

4. Click ‘Safe List.

5. Type your contact’s email address into the text field and click Add.

Google Mail (Gmail):

Make sure the people you wish to receive mail from are included in your Contacts list.

1. Click Contacts on the left.

2. Click Create Contact.

3. Enter the name and email address of the person and click Save.

Mozilla Thunderbird:

Add your contacts to your address book:

1. Go to Tools > Junk Mail Controls.

2. Click File > New…

3. Enter your contact’s name and email address.

4. Click OK.

Windows Live Mail:

Add your senders to your Allowed List:

1. Click Options on the right side.

2. Click More Options from the drop-down list.

3. Choose ‘Allowed and Blocked Senders’.

4. Click ‘Allowed Senders’.

5. Type sender’s email address into the text box and click ‘Add to List’.

Yahoo! Mail (Classic):

Create a filter to send all incoming messages to your inbox:

1. Click Options on the right side.

2. Click Filters on the right side.

3. Click Add.

4. Beside the ‘from contains’ line, enter the contact’s email address and click ‘Add’.

Yahoo! Mail (New):

Create a filter to send incoming mail to your inbox:

1. Click Options at the top right.

2. Click More Options from the drop-down list.

3. You will be redirected to the Yahoo Classic interface. Follow the instructions in Yahoo! Mail (Classic) above.
