The Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere battery is a sealed unit that cannot be replaced. If your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere battery will not hold a charge, do the following:
Reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere. To reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere, use a pen or a paper clip to press the reset button (shown below) on the bottom of your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere for 2 seconds:
If the issue still occurs and your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere is under warranty, contact Logitech technical support, or see article 9769.
You will need to have your model number, your product ID and your part number ready. You can find this information in article 9769.
