Your MK710 keyboard has a power switch located on the top right edge of the keyboard as shown below:
To turn on your keyboard:

Locate the power switch.

Slide the power switch to the On position as shown below:
To turn off your keyboard:

Locate the power switch.

Slide the power switch to the Off position as shown below:
