If your remote is not behaving properly, you can reset it. To do so, remove one of the batteries, hold down the All Off button, and reinsert the battery. A message will appear on the remote screen indicating that the remote has entered safe mode. Next, connect the remote to your computer and sync it. The remote should now be updated and functioning properly. If problems persist, contact Logitech support.
