If you can't hear any sound from your S400i clock radio dock, try these suggestions:
Confirm that you've selected the correct audio source by pressing the source buttons on the top of your dock.
The clock will display even if you've turned the dock off by using the power button or by unplugging it (the clock has a battery backup). Make sure that the dock is connected to power and is turned on. The selected source should display on the LCD if the unit is turned on.
Make sure that the volume is at an audible level.
Try disconnecting and then reconnecting your source device, and then restart the audio content.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
