If you're seeing video in Web Commander that doesn't belong to your network, here's how to stop it:
Create a new email account in Logitech Alert commander by going to:
Settings > Security and Web > Advance > Create New Account (E-mail)
Log on to Logitech Alert Web viewer/commander with your new email account (http://alert.logitech.com).
On the left side of the screen, click the ghost camera that doesn't belong to you, and then select "Remove this camera" on the right.
NOTE: If you subscribe to Logitech Alert Premium services, please contact Logitech Customer Care so we can transfer your subscription information.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
