The power switch for your T651 trackpad is located on the right-side edge. To turn the trackpad:

On — Slide the switch to the right (toward the top edge of the trackpad).
NOTE: The space next to the switch will appear green.

Off — Slide the switch to the left (toward the bottom edge of the trackpad).
NOTE: The space next to the switch will appear red.
