Your Logitech case+ has to be paired with the Logitech +tilt accessory in order for it to attach to a magnetic surface. The case alone isn't magnetic. If the case+tilt won't attach to a surface, then the surface may not be ionized metal.
NOTE: The case+ will only attach to a magnetic surface with the +tilt. The +energy battery pack doesn't have a magnetic back.
