Make sure your POP Mouse is turned on.
On the bottom of the mouse, short-press the Connect button once and make sure the channel changes.
If the white LED blinks fast, your POP Mouse is in pairing mode. Open Bluetooth settings and connect to POP Mouse.
If the white LED blinks slowly, long-press (three seconds) until the white LED blinks fast. Open Bluetooth settings and connect to POP Mouse.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
