Your G303 SHROUD Edition battery level might not increase when you are charging it. This can happen when you first plug in your mouse and look at the battery level in G HUB. This is due to the incorrect battery level reported in Logitech G HUB.
If you notice this issue, make sure your mouse’s charging cable is plugged into a working USB port and wait for at least 20 minutes. G HUB will now be showing the correct battery level for your G303 SHROUD Edition.
