If you are using applications with built in noise canceling such as Zoom or Google Meet you may need to adjust settings in the application to allow for original audio or music to play through.
In addition you will need to turn non-voice audio volume up significantly in these applications.
With Zoom, for example, change the Audio profile to “Original sound for musicians”, and then also enable original sound for each session from the controls in the top of the window.
