If you're not hearing any audio when you set Xbox to Dolby Atmos, do the following:
- Make sure the A50 X headset is docked to the Base Station, and a USB cable is connecting it to your Xbox.
- Download the free Dolby Access app from the Xbox store and then launch it for the first time.
- Exit the app and go to the audio settings.
- On the upper drop-down menu, under “Speaker audio,” set to Dolby Atmos for Home Theater. If this isn’t available, then set it to Uncompressed.
- On the lower menu, under “Headset audio,” set to Dolby Atmos for headphones.
- Turn on your A50 X headset and lift up from the base station.
After a few seconds, Xbox will notify you that a headset has been assigned, and Atmos for A50 X should now work. - You can optionally head back to the Dolby Access app and navigate to the Products tab — Dolby Atmos for headphones will indicate it is ready for use with a green check. Docking the headset again will auto-configure the Xbox for speaker format operation.
