Please clean ear tips regularly of dirt and wax buildup.
To clean, remove ear tips from earbuds, then gently wipe away dust and oil with a dry cloth, and/or use warm water and mild soap to remove buildup. Completely dry before reattaching.
To clean Comply tips gently wipe them with a clean, damp cloth. Use water only. Do not clean tips with alcohol-based cleaning solutions. Let tips dry completely before next use.
