Connecting the MX Creative Console to my computer
The MX Creative Keypad can only be connected to one computer at a time, using the USB-C to C (2.0) cable provided in the box.
The MX Creative Dialpad can be paired with up to three different computers using the Easy-Switch button in the back of the device to change the channel.
Select the channel you want, then press and hold the Easy-Switch button for three seconds. This will put the MX Creative Dialpad in discoverable mode so that it can be seen by your computer. The LED will start blinking fast.
You can connect your MX Creative Dialpad to your computer in two ways:
-
- Bluetooth: Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer to complete the pairing. You can find more details here.
- USB receiver: Plug the receiver into a USB port, open Logi Options+, select Add devices > Logi Bolt receiver, and follow the instructions.
Once paired, a short press on the Easy-Switch button will allow you to switch channels.

How do I connect my MX Creative Keypad if my computer has no USB-C ports?
You can connect your MX Creative Keypad to a USB hub with a USB-C port, or use a USB-C to A adaptor to connect the device to your computer. The USB port should provide at least 500mA to support USB 2.0 High-Speed communication.
How many MX Creative Consoles can I connect to my computer at the same time?
Up to three MX Creative Keypads can be connected to a single host through a direct connection or through a USB hub as long as each USB port can provide at least 500mA and can support USB 2.0 High-Speed communication.
The number of MX Creative Dialpads that can be connected on the same host depends on the Bluetooth capabilities of the host and the number of Bluetooth devices already connected to that host.
Can I use the MX Creative Keypad without the MX Creative Dialpad, and vice versa?
