For the XBOX platform, the A50 MixAmp technology integrates seamlessly with your XBOX. The A50 volume control and MixAmp Game/Voice balancer states are synced to the XBOX, they are viewable and also adjustable using your controller via the guide menu under the audio tab.
For the Windows and macOS platform, the A50 MixAmp technology enumerates as several USB audio output devices (endpoints) in the audio system which lets you assign different apps to different audio endpoints. For example, you can configure Discord calls to use the A50 Voice endpoint while your primary audio output stays on A50 Game. This will let you use the Game/Voice balancer paddles located on the right ear of the headset to make quick audio adjustments on-the-fly depending on the situation.
Due to platform design and limitations, the A50 MixAmp and Game/Voice balancing features are not available when used with either PlayStation or Switch.
