Press and hold the Bluetooth button for ten seconds to initiate a factory reset. The status LED will fast blink white for two seconds when complete.
Alternatively, you can initiate a factory reset by going into the Device Settings in G HUB. Click the gear icon at the bottom left of the G HUB window.
Once in the Device Settings page, you'll see a factory reset option on the right side of the page.
