During an update, your device will be rebooted. In some circumstances, the installer may not reflect the updates once your device reboots. Or after successfully installing the new firmware, there may be some features that don’t respond. If this happens, try manually rebooting your device again and then restart the installer to check if the updates were applied, and that functionality has returned.
- For CC3000e, Group, and PTZ Pro:
Unplug the device and then plug it back into your power source
- For Connect:
Press the On/Off switch to turn it off, then turn it back on again
- For webcams:
Disconnect it from USB, then reconnect it
