Cause
Automation Error are produced when the software cannot access a required dll.
Solution
To correct this error, do the following:
1. Restart the computer and try updating or learning again.
2. If the problem persists,
- Uninstall the software from the computer.
- Restart the computer.
- Log in to your account and click on the Support link from the your home page.
- Click Software in the Downloads section.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the latest Software.
- Try again.
3. If the runtime error continues to occur, it may be related to the permissions you have on your computer. Please ensure that you have administrator permissions on the computer you are using. Repeat Step 2.
