The G510 gaming keyboard has an audio converter built in. This lets you plug your analog-audio headset into your keyboard instead of your PC.
Windows
To select your G510 keyboard as the default audio input and output device:
-
Plug your headset and microphone cables into the 3.5mm audio ports on your keyboard (found on the front, near the USB cable).

On the Playback tab, right-click "G510 Gaming Keyboard" and select "Set as Default Device".
NOTE: A green check displays next to the product when it is the default audio device.

G510 keyboard audio controls
The G510 keyboard has two sets of audio controls. Above the 10-key number pad are controls for system volume, system mute, play/pause, stop, and track forward/back. Below the 3.5mm audio ports, there are buttons for headphone mute and microphone mute. These mute switches only control devices plugged into the 3.5mm ports.
The G510's media controls have different behaviors based on whether or not a headset is plugged in. See answer 360023209334 for more information.
