Normally, you should see all your attached devices in Logitech's mouse and keyboard software for Macintosh (LCC).
However, if one or more of your attached devices is not displayed in LCC after upgrading, you may need to restart your computer again after installing the LCC upgrade.
NOTE: This problem only occurs after an upgrade- it will not happen on a fresh install of LCC.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
