Make sure these ports aren't blocked and have network access:

• HTTP 9000

• UDP 3546

Make sure these programs aren't blocked:

• Ueml.exe

• Uemlcp.exe

• Uemlsvc.exe

• Scanner.exe

• Uemltray.exe
