Factory resetting your POP button / switch
If you are having sync issues with your button / switch, trouble removing it from a bridge using the mobile app, or Bluetooth pairing issues, then you may need to factory reset your button / switch:
Long Press on the button / switch for about 20 seconds.
Re-add the button / switch using the Logitech POP mobile app.
Factory resetting your POP Bridge
If you’re trying to change the account associated with your bridge or restart your setup from scratch for any reason, you’ll need to reset your bridge:
Unplug your POP Bridge.
Plug it back in while simultaneously pressing the Logi logo/button on the front of your bridge for three seconds.
If the LED turns off after rebooting, the reset was not successful. You may not have been pressing the button on your bridge as it was plugged in.
