All keys stop responding
If all of your keys on your keyboard are not working, this may be due to a connection issue. Reconnect your keyboard using Knowledge Base article 360023382453.
The A through Z keys stop responding
If the letter keys (A-Z) stop working but the F keys and other keyboard features function normally, your keyboard has likely lost its security encryption. Function Keys (F1-F12) stop responding
