The Tap-to-Click gesture can be selected or cleared with SetPoint software.
If the Tap-to-Click option has been cleared in SetPoint, it will remain disabled in hardware. So, if you clear the Tap-to-Click check box and then uninstall SetPoint or connect the wireless touchpad to a second computer or receiver, the Tap-to-Click gesture won't work. In this case, select Tap-to-Click with SetPoint software to make the gesture work again.
