The Windows key on the G19 is disabled when the keyboard is in Game Mode. When the joystick switch (located above the F2 key) is lit, the G19 is in Game Mode. To take the keyboard out of Game Mode, slide the joystick switch to the left.
The joystick switch should become dark, indicating that the keyboard is no longer in Game Mode, and the Windows key should now work.
