To recover your pin or password, the CLOUD will need to undergo a Factory Data Reset. This means all data will be wiped or formatted. If you’d like to proceed, navigate to Wipe the device.
CAUTION: These steps will wipe all the data on the CLOUD.
Turn off the device.
Wait ten seconds, then press and hold Volume -.
While holding Volume - , plug the USB cable into the CLOUD, and then to a power source.
Press Volume - / Volume + to select Recovery mode.
Push the Power button to enter Recovery mode.
Hold the Power button then press Volume + to display the Recovery menu.
Select Wipe data/factory reset, then select Factory data reset.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
