MX Brio supports 4K resolution at 30 frames per second and 1080p at 60 frames per second. If you’re not seeing the right resolution, it may be that your video conferencing application doesn’t support 4K or 1080p. There might be a setting within the application to put the video into HD quality. Check your application requirements and settings.
In addition, you can check the following:
- USB bandwidth — using many active USB devices at the same time
- CPU utilization — file transfers, streaming, antivirus scanning
- Network bandwidth — your internet connection download speed should be at least 3 Mbps
