If the remote control is not working properly:
Check batteries of remote control
Try the controls on the base of the speakerphone to ensure the camera and speakerphone are responding to the functions.
If you have another GROUP, try the remote control from that unit.
If the remote still does not appear to be working properly, contact technical support.
