If your Harmony remote sends commands slowly (volume takes longer to go up or down than normal, channels don't change correctly) you might want to lower the Inter-key Delay.
The Inter-key Delay is the amount of time your Harmony remote pauses between sending commands.
For example, if the Inter-key delay is set to half a second (500 ms) for your cable box, pressing the number 8 key twice quickly will cause the remote to send 8, pause for half a second, and then send the 2nd 8 command.

button. In this example, we will decrease the Inter-key Delay to 0 seconds.
- The Logitech Harmony Remote Software will then guide you through ensuring the Activities are setup correctly. Click on the
button and follow the on-screen steps
- The last step is to update your remote for the changes you have made to be applied to your Harmony remote. Connect the Harmony remote to your computer's USB cable and click on the
button on the Harmony homepage
