No, Logitech USB receivers are matched to a particular product and are not designed to be interchangeable.
The only receivers approved for use with your Wireless Desktop MK320 are the USB mini-receivers P/N 810-001811 or 810-001551.
NOTE: This receiver works with both your MK320 Keyboard and Mouse at the same time.
