You can use Help on the Harmony app to resolve issues with your activities. Here's how:

Tap Menu in the Harmony app while in an activity.

Tap Help.
-
Select a device to send a power or input command.
NOTE: For more information on troubleshooting your activity settings when using Help, see answer 360023257114.
If the Help feature doesn't fix the issue, check that:

All model numbers are correct
-
Devices needed are included in the activity
-
Input settings of devices in the activity are correct

The correct device is selected for channel and volume control

Hub and mini blaster are placed correctly (see answer 360023257114 for more information)
