If the light ring on the bottom of your Connect continues to flash blue after a firmware update, or you experience an unexpected issue during the update, try the following:
- Disconnect the Connect from the USB port, then reconnect it.
- Exit the firmware upgrade utility, and then re-launch it.
- Retry the update.
