Ifyour mm50 is no longer under warranty, or if you lost or damaged your remote, you can purchase a replacement remote from the mm50 Parts Store.
If you suspect your remote is defective, do the following:

Replace the battery with a new one.

Voltage: 3 volts -
Verify that the battery is correctly inserted into the remote (shown below).

If this does not resolve the problem, then you will need a replacement remote.
If your mm50 is still under warranty, you can contact Logitech technical support to obtain a new remote.
