If you cannot open SqueezeCenter in your Web browser, please do the following:

Open a web browser and type in http://127.0.0.1:9000/ to connect to SqueezeNetwork. Be sure to enter the 'http://' because some web browsers require it.

Check your firewall settings as described in Knowledge Base article 360023383273 to ensure these settings are not interfering with SqueezeCenter.

If the problem seems to be with the firewall, open up the following ports and try Step 1 again:
- TCP 9000
- TCP3483
- UDP 3483

'Problem: Can’t open SqueezeCenter Web Interface.URL' error message
Try the following solutions:
Internet Explorer 6:

Open Internet Explorer (regardless of whether it is the default browser).

Go to Tools -> Internet Options.

Click on the Programs tab, and click the 'Reset Web Settings' button.

Close Internet Explorer, open your favorite web browser and set it back to the default browser.
Internet Explorer 7:

Open Internet Explorer (regardless of whether it is the default browser).

Go to Tools -> Internet Options.

Click on the Advanced tab.

Click the 'Reset...' button in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings section.

Once the reset is completed, re-launch your browser.

Open your favorite web browser and set it to be the default browser.
'The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action' error message
This error may occur if multiple browsers have been installed on your PC. To resolve it, do the following:
Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools > Internet Options and select the Programs tab.

Click on 'Reset Web Settings' towards the bottom.

Close Internet Explorer and re-launch your browser.
Firefox:

Go to Tools > Options.
-
Click on the Privacy button at the top of the Options box.

Click on the Cache tab on the right.

Click on the 'Clear Cache Now' button then click OK.

Close Firefox and re-launch your browser.
Other Web Browsers (Safari):

Open your web browser.
-
Set your browser as the default browser.

Reset or Clear any cache settings.

Close your browser and re-launch your browser.
