This applies to the Harmony 600, 650 and 700 remotes.
Many of the buttons on your Harmony remote are standard remote buttons. However, some buttons may not be as familiar. Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the buttons on your Harmony remote and learn how easy it is to access the special features of your Harmony remote.
Remember that Harmony activities are special. When you set one up, it automatically sets up your remote buttons to manage all the devices in your activity. If you are using your Watch TV activity, and you press a volume key, it will send a volume command to the device you set up for controlling volume, and a channel key to the device you setup for changing channels. If you’ve included a PVR or VCR in your activity, the playback controls will be sent to that device.
