You can program the Favorites on your Harmony remote to jump to your favorite channels. For example, if you program the first favorite on your remote screen to channel 56, your device will tune to channel 56 when you press it.

To create favorite channel shortcuts if you have no favorites set up yet
Before you begin, connect your Harmony remote to your computer using the USB cable. Log in to your Harmony account and complete the following steps:

1. Click the Favorites tab.
2. Select the device you want to customize channel assignments for (most people use their cable / satellite receiver, so this is selected by default if you have one). Click Setup your favorite channels.
3. Enter a channel number (type the channel exactly as you would enter it on your remote - for example, if you go to channel 56 by pressing the 0, 5, and 6 buttons, type 056 for your favourite) and type a label or select an icon. Click Add a Channel. Repeat for other channels.
   
   NOTE: If you have a Harmony 650 or 700, you can select an icon. If you have a Harmony 600, you cannot select an icon (you can enter a label only, icons are not displayed).
   
   
4. When you are finished adding channels, click OK.
   
   The page displays information about what favorite channel assignments are currently mapped for the device you selected, including:
   • A mock-up of the remote screen organized into ‘pages’. Click a channel to see details of the channel.
   • Summary information at the top of the page identifying the device being controlled (the device you selected).
   • A Favorite Channel Setup area with fields for viewing/editing your favorite channel assignments for each of the screen options on your Harmony remote.
   
   
5. Continue customizing the favorite channel assignments on your Harmony remote to suit your own preferences.
   
   Tip: To rearrange your favorite channels, click and drag them to a new page and position (see Knowledge Base article 360023395373).
   
   Tip: To remove a favorite channel, click and drag it to the trash.
   
   Tip: If you have a Harmony 650 or 700 you can change the icon displayed for the channel. Click Browse, then select the icon you want to use.
   
   
6. When you’ve finished entering your favorite channels, click OK to return to the Favorites tab.
7. Click Sync to synchronize your Harmony remote with the updated favorite channel shortcuts.

To create additional favorite channel shortcuts if you have some favorites already set up
Before you begin, connect your Harmony remote to your computer using the USB cable. Log in to your Harmony account and complete the following steps:

   NOTE: If you have more than one device that can change channels, you will be prompted to select the device you wish to create favorite channels for.
   
   
2. Click Manage your favorite channels.
   
   The page displays information about what favorite channel assignments are currently mapped for the device you selected, including:
   • A mock-up of the remote screen organized into ‘pages’. Click a channel to see details of the channel.
   • Summary information at the top of the page identifying the device being controlled (the device you selected).

3. To add a channel, click Add a Channel.
