- Try selecting another title to ensure the issue is not related to a certain title
- Try bypassing the router/switch by obtaining a direct connection to the Internet Service Provider modem
- If connected using wireless, try moving Revue closer to the wireless router
- Power cycle your networking devices (modem/router/switch/hub)
- Ensure other devices on your network are not using significant bandwidth
Additional information:
- Netflix requires at least a 3.0 Mbps connection speed for high quality video and at least 1.5 Mbps for uninterrupted basic quality video.
- Netflix will communicate with your Revue on network ports 80 and 443. Ensure that these ports are not blocked by firewall or security settings
