If your Revue does not turn on or start properly, select the option that describes your situation:
No lights on the front of Revue |
Lights on, but no image on TV |
Image on TV but Revue is frozen |
- Disconnect the power from the back of Revue.
- Unplug your Revue from the wall or power strip. Ensure the connection between the Revue power cord and power supply is secure.
- Plug your Revue back into the wall or power strip.
- Reconnect the power to the back of Revue.
- Note: If this does not help, try plugging the Revue into a different wall plug or power strip.

- Disconnect the power from the Revue.
- Verify the HDMI cable at the HDMI Out port on the back of Revue is securely connected.
- Verify that the HDMI cable from the HDMI Out is securely connected to the HDMI In port of your TV or AV receiver.
- Reconnect the power to the back of Revue.

- Unplug the Revue.
- Hold down the reset button while plugging in the Revue. This will force the Revue to boot into a special recovery mode, which will re-download a new system image.
