If you're having trouble connecting the Logitech UE Air Speaker to your network, here are some suggestions:
NOTE: Make sure your router's firmware is up to date. (See your router's support documentation for help.)
- Wireless

- Check that you're entering the correct wireless network settings. (See your router's documentation for help.)
- Move the Air Speaker closer to your wireless router, as it may not be within range.
(NOTE: If you have the Logitech UE Air Speaker App installed, you can view the signal strength of the speaker in the app.) - Check your router's security settings. A firewall or connection rule might be blocking your Air Speaker. (See your router's documentation for help.)
- Make sure your router and Air Speaker are in open space and not behind any large objects.
- Power cycle your router and Air Speaker by disconnecting and then reconnecting them.
(NOTE: The Logitech UE Air Speaker can take up to one minute to fully boot and connect.)

Ethernet (wired)
- Make sure your Air Speaker is connected to your router by an Ethernet cable and the connections are secure.
- Try a different port on your router.
- Try a different Ethernet cable.
- Power cycle your router and Air Speaker by disconnecting and then reconnecting them.
(NOTE: The Logitech UE Air Speaker can take up to one minute to fully boot and connect.)
The following network types aren't supported:
- Enterprise
- VPN
- 5GHZ
- Wireless-N
- Wireless-A
