If you're having trouble hearing audio from your Logitech UE Air Speaker, try the following:
Check whether a music source is playing. (See answer 360023409473 for help.)
Make sure the speaker hasn't been muted. (NOTE: The LED next to the mute button on top will flash green when mute is on.)
Try increasing the volume of the Air Speaker by rotating the volume knob clockwise.
If you're streaming via AirPlay, make sure nothing is connected to the auxiliary port.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
