If your Bluetooth device won't connect to your Logitech UE 4500, try the following:
Make sure your device is paired with your wireless headphones and Bluetooth is active (see answer 360023413173 for pairing help).
Place your Bluetooth device closer to the wireless headphones — they might be out of range.
Disable other wireless devices or move away from them temporarily — you could be getting interference.
Try connecting your headphones to a power source — they may not have enough power.
Make sure you've disconnected the headphones from any previously connected device.
If you've used the wireless receiver to connect to a computer, disconnect the receiver before trying to connect to a Bluetooth device.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
