If your Bluetooth device won't connect to your Logitech UE 4500, try the following:

• Make sure your device is paired with your wireless headphones and Bluetooth is active (see answer 360023413173 for pairing help).

• Place your Bluetooth device closer to the wireless headphones — they might be out of range.

• Disable other wireless devices or move away from them temporarily — you could be getting interference.

• Try connecting your headphones to a power source — they may not have enough power.

• Make sure you've disconnected the headphones from any previously connected device.

• If you've used the wireless receiver to connect to a computer, disconnect the receiver before trying to connect to a Bluetooth device.
