Application-specific profiles won't work if the mouse is in On-Board Memory mode.
In the Logitech Gaming Software window, click the Automatic Game Detection icon on the right.
If your mouse is set to Automatic Game Detection and the profiles still aren't working, see answer 360023417153 for help with selecting the correct .exe to associate with the profile.
