If you cannot connect or reconnect Logitech Pebble M350 with a Microsoft Surface device using Bluetooth when the system is restarted or the mouse is turned on, do the following:
- Try switching your mouse off and on. Make sure the LED on the bottom of the mouse is glowing blue.
- Make sure your Microsoft Surface is running the latest Windows 10 – October 2018 update.
- To update Windows 10 to the latest build, follow these steps from Microsoft.
