If your keyboard does not work, or the LED does not light up after you connect your Slim Folio to the iPad for the first time, try the following steps:
- Rotate your keyboard and fold the tablet holder around to the back of the keyboard.
- Using your finger or thumbnail, pry open the battery holder from the top of the keyboard.
- Use compressed air or blow into the battery compartment.
- Close the battery holder.
