If the update fails, try the following:
- Quit the app — right-click the headset icon and select Quit.
- Re-open the app and try the update again.
If that doesn’t work try the following:
- Quit the Tune app
- Quit any video conferencing applications running on your computer (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Unplug the camera from your computer
- Plug the camera back into your computer
- Re-open the Tune app and try the update again.
- If you continue to experience this issue, restart your computer and try again, or reach out to Customer Support.
