You can update your headset using either the G HUB app for Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS, or you can also use the G Mobile apps for iOS and Android.
NOTE: Updating through your mobile device can take longer than using G HUB. Depending on your mobile device’s specification or configuration, it can take up to 30 minutes to fully complete. If you’re having trouble updating your headset, we recommend using G HUB with your PC or Mac.
